As always, we hope you and your loved ones are keeping safe. In line with the government's latest announcement, we are delighted to welcome all leisure and business guests back to the hotel from the 17th May 2021.  

Cancellation Policy

All existing reservations for any future stay until 17 May 2021 can be cancelled without a charge, including pre-paid rates. Please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences.

Looking for Accommodation?

If in the meantime you have any accommodation needs from the 5th January 2021, our sister property with The Ascott Limited, Citadines Trafalgar Square London, will remain open for business that adhere to the latest travel regulations on gov.uk. We are constantly monitoring the situation and will open our doors as soon as we can. We will be keeping the website and hotel’s social media channels up to date with further information as and when we can.
