||This is the most watched and anticipated tennis event in the Grand Slam. Half a million people are expected to attend the event and hopefully witness Andy Murray lifting the trophy for Great Britain. Last tear 15,000 people turned up at Wimbledon to witness Novak Djokovic beat Rafael Nadal and win the 2011 Championships. The first time the Spaniard has lost since 2007. Will this year be the year of the Brits?
The Grounds will open at 10:30am each day.
On Courts 2-19 play is provisionally scheduled to start at 11.30am for at least the first eight days and at 11.00am for Junior matches on the middle Saturday and during the second week.
On Centre Court play will start at 1.00pm except on the final two days when play will start at 2.00pm.
On No.1 Court play will start at 1.00pm on all 13 days.
In the first week the early rounds of the Gentlemen, Ladies and Mixed Doubles will be played on all courts.
On Saturday 30th June the Juniors' events will start and will be played on the outside courts as well as on some of the Show Courts.
If you are a valid ticket holder, please allow extra time for the security checks as non ticket-holders cannot be admitted after 8.00pm.
