Bartender (40 hours per week)
We are looking for a Bartender to provide exceptional service to our guests in our recently refurbished Rosa Lewis Bar. Duties include taking orders, serving our guests and preparing drinks (including cocktails). A strong working knowledge of cocktail and drink preparation is required as well as the ability to provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will relish the challenge of working quickly and efficiently while maintaining sky high standards of presentation and fantastic attention to detail. This is a shift based role so candidates need to be available to work a combination of days, evenings and weekends. Previous experience within a similar role is desirable.
Food & Beverage Assistant Nights (40 hours per week)
Are you able to shine throughout the night? We are looking for a Night Food and Beverage Assistant who is required to offer the highest level of service to our guests throughout the night. Duties include serving our guests, preparing food and drinks and delivering trays to the rooms. As well as general cleaning duties and the set up of the Restaurant and Room Service areas ready for breakfast. You must have experience in a similar role and a fluent level of written and spoken English is essential.
We are currently looking for a Commis Chef to work in our team of 10 chefs in our 2AA Rosette Restaurant. You will be responsible for the preparation of food for all food service areas, ensuring that a consistently high standard of food presentation is achieved, suitable to that of an ambitious 4 star Hotel with a 3 Star award from the Sustainable Restaurant Association.
You would be expected to:
- prepare food to an exceptional standard to surprise and delight customers adhering to the standards set by the AA Rosette
- be conscious of the environment and consider organic, free range and local sustainable products wherever possible
- work within operational and legislative procedures; and
- ensure careful control of food stocks to preserve quality and minimise wastage.
It is essential that candidates have a genuine interest in food and cooking. Previous experience within an AA Rosette environment or similar hotel environment would also be advantageous. This is a full time position is 40 hours per week; please note shift work and weekends are part of the role.

Every candidate shall have a minimum of two interviews, one with a manager in that department and a member of the Human Resources Team. Depending on the nature of the role you may be required to attend a trial or a further interview.
