It's nearly time to put down that pint of larger or glass of wine and swap it for a pint of Guinness. That's right, St Paddy's day is fast approaching and what better way to spend it than in our capital.

This year, London presents the London St Patrick's Day Paradeand Festival for the 13th year and word has spread that this year it is going to be bigger and better than ever. The event attracts over 100,000 people, show casing the best Irish music, song dance, culture and arts. (Sunday 16th March, Trafalgar Square)

Or if you fancy something a little different this year, why not head to the Thames to experience traditional Irish music, DJs, dancing and a complimentary drink on arrival. The boat will remain moored so you can come and go as you please. (Friday 14th-Saturday 15th March)

Following a jam packed day of culture, why not continue the celebrations into the evening. London offers a range of traditional style Irish pubs which will be celebrating the old fashioned way.See you in March ? happy hangovers.

And to help you make the most of St Patrick's Day in London we're offering rooms from £179 including breakfast and VAT. Terms and Conditions Apply, To book or for more information please click below.
