The Cavendish
hotel London
is the only hotel named in 2012 Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies To Work For list.
Workplace specialists Best Companies has ranked us Britain's top hotel employer achieving 43rd place in annual report. Our Managing Director Ciarán Fahy says:
We are delighted to have been awarded a three star accreditation from Best Companies again and be the only hotel to feature for the third year running. This is testament to the effort each and every member of staff puts into making sure the hotel is a great place to work.
Our hotel was praised for its high standards in leadership, the level of engagement employees have for their job and for its first-class staff training which 85% of employees felt was of personal benefit.
